Seems like everything not according to plan. Insufficient hand tools to work for those details... Pneumatic tools come to me...

Progress After D-day

Erm yesterday doing some carving and sculpting to the foam. Basically, to gain the shape and after this. the next process will be sanding the texture and doing some fibreglass lay up to back up those fragile foam. Only when those surfaces smooth enough and all the details were similar to intended initial design, the mould will take place.
