PROTO CLAY

Shermannsixk Design now proudly supply hobby material for various kind of purposes. Our newly develop product is Proto Clay, Epo6 Clay and Proto Cast Material which will be available soon in individual package of 500g.

Proto Clay
Briefly Proto Clay is a Solid Modelling Clay that soft enough to be sculpt using conventional tools in order to prototype any physical design shape. Upon modelling process, it can be manipulate into liquid stage, clay stage and solid stage by expose the material to heat.

Proto clay enable one to finish and perfecting their model as plug for mold making or as a final product that can hold the shape, design and details feature. Eventually Proto Clay can go through various process of machining, sanding, drill, brush, sculpt, cut, slice, weld and this make Proto Clay as one of a kind modelling material and can behave as a plug, mold or even product.

These are few prototype of the proto clay and its initial sculpt.

Epo6 Clay

While Proto Clay is a softer material, Epo6 Clay is one another epoxy based clay that harden itself with combination of 2 part of clay. Once mix, both part will react each other permitting one to manipulate the clay within 2 or 3 hours enough for them to perfect each lump of combined clay into the desired shape. It also took a while for perfection before available to the market. While that, these are various initial design produced using these Epo6 Clay.

Proto Cast 

Once model complete using either Epo6 or Proto Clay, they can be directly produce by copying them using silicone or resin based mold. Final Product can be copy by using these Proto Clay. Proto Clay is a Polyester based material in liquid form and need to be catalyst and pour into mould to get the product. Below is few example of product made of these Proto Cast.

So for those who approach me before through pm, fb, email etc on how i do such thing as fibreglass, costume, model, action figure, casting etc. This might be the answer.

SHERMANNSIXK REBORN

Selalu takde masa nak update Blog sebab sibuk dengan pelbagai hal kehidupan tapi kegiatan aku semakin bertambah banyak. Disini aku preview beberapa siri kesibukan yang aku jalani sepanjang mendiamkan diri dari arena blogging.

tidak cukup dengan itu aku juga melibatkan diri dengan pelbagai permintaan pelanggan untuk menghasilkan action figure, produk fibreglass dan casting item seperti fridge magnet, ukiran sabun, mould coklat dan sebagainya. Akhirnya hidupku menjadi bertambah sibuk disamping tugasan harian.

Iam Ironman

Now im into something else. Doing bike modification are still my greatest passion. But, due to my lack of time and fact that im getting busy so that those big than my tummy size project should be neglect first. While that.. Theres no surrender for shermannsixk. Sixk as usual now im working on gundam and ironman a request. The quoted price should be said as better than ever. As usual and as casual, im not going to talk too much. So here come my project again..

Dilemmas

Call me for any fibreglass Design Project

Name it Motorcycle, Car, Chopper, Fountains, Jacuzi, Call me, Im hunger for designing things.

Cita-cita memang tinggi. Bukan apa, semuanya kerana minat. Angan-angan aku memang tinggi, tapi walaupun dah mula nak serius tapi banyak sangat dugaan nak meniaga ni... Ye la mana ada orang boleh manage semua kerja dalam satu masa. Kan setiap orang kne ada pengkhususan kerja..

Camtu lah dilemma aku sebenarnya, minat aku design tapi sebab duduk dekat area yang x komersil ni memang susah nak dapat local customer. Nak jual murah2 tak berbaloi pulak dengan usaha kerja. Nk compromise dgn job quality pun susah gak, will give bad impression. So luahan la sikit naper x banyak design dalam kpala otak aku ni yang x dapat direalisasikan.

Pendekkata senang pasni aku nak wat design ikut citarasa aku sendiri la x nak tiru2 mana2 model, api amik sikit2 features x per kot :p. TApi kalau customer nak yang sedia ada n murah nak buat camne, xleh paksa la kemampuan orang. Tapi kan best kalau dapat customer yang strong financial dan inginkan something new. Sedapnya lah kalau dapat new design every month.. Should be delicious..

Now approach to rojak but with some point in mind la, aku nak wat cam ducati radical. TZ radical... TZM with so many type of radical looks. Funder please....

 I do design on everything, if i could i wish all things around me were built to suit my taste and design by me...

 Yup i also hunger for DIY thing. my latest RnD is budget image transfer thing. But guess what? Da berjaya transfer image yang x leh rasa langsung ketebalan die pada mug n tank custom bike aku. All just using DIY material.. For time being the recipe is kept secret

Awww.. Bukan mak yang bersalin nyah.. Wife mak la... Huhu meremang bulu tengkuk aku... Lama tol x update. Nampak sangat aku ni memang jenis malas wat bende yang remeh kecuali benda yang aku minat. Tu sebab masih kebal dari gatal fibreglass...


Pada anda yang diluar sana asik tanya website kawan. Maaf la bro. nanti ade website pun kawan dok kalut nak update setahun skali. Kalo ade yang nak cari kawan, google je shermannsixk. Insyallah ada la hasil kerja kawan. Malas nak update bia kawan update gambo jer la tak..
